Acceptance of delivery

Please make sure to inspect your package upon delivery and notify us immediately about any missing, or damaged items. If we are not notified of any problems with your package within 5 business days of delivery, it is assumed your items arrived in good condition and is no longer liable for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

1. How can i return an item ?

Customer must contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery date to receive an RMA. You can fill out our form or email us support[at] for return within the following information

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Shipping and Billing Address(if they are not the same)
  • Reason for return
  • Ebay/Amazon/Website

We will reply you with instructions on how to mail your products back to us.

2. Who pays for return shipping?

Customer will pay for the shipping back to us. Unless there is a defective with the item, we will provide you with a free shipping label.

3. Is there a restocking fee?

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all return items. In case of item is used or opened a higher restocking fee will be applied. Opened adhesive will not be refunded.

3. When will i receive a refund or replacement?

Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the return delivery date. And, it should show up on your statement within couple days.
